Rachna Sayal is a seasoned investment banking and advisory professional with over 22 years of experience across India, Africa, and Europe. At Vestarix she leads private markets advisory, cross-border transactions, & strategic capital deployment initiatives, working closely with investors, family offices, and institutions to structure and execute high-value opportunities.

She is also the Founder & Managing Partner of Tesserant Advisory Services LLP, where she drives high-impact advisory and investment solutions across global markets.

Rachna has advised governments, institutions, and corporations on market entry strategies, public-private partnerships (PPPs), high-value tenders, fundraising, and complex mergers and acquisitions. Her sector expertise spans infrastructure, energy, oil & gas, mining, healthcare, medtech, e-governance, and financial services.

Her core strengths lie in structuring equity, debt, and quasi-debt transactions, including Shariah-compliant Sukuk issuances. She brings deep expertise in financial due diligence, compliance, and regulatory structuring, enabling clients to navigate complex financial landscapes with confidence.

He holds professional qualifications as a Company Secretary (CS) and a Cost & Management Accountant (CMA), complemented by advanced management education from the Indian Institute of Management, Visakhapatnam (IIM-Vizag).
